I love this song! It is really well.... In my opinion it's about Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber, cause she can't live without him and he can't live without her.she really needs him by her side, she thinks she is ok but she isn't , remember when she was at a concert singing "love will remember" towards the end she started crying for Justin. She loves him and he loves her!
